Master Program in Biomedical Sciences (MPBS), Faculty of Medicine, Brawijaya University held judicium for eleven students. Five students were international students from Libya. This event was held in Graha Medika Faculty of Medicine, Brawijaya University on Wednesday, 22 January 2014 and directly led by Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Dr. dr. Karyono Mintaroem, Sp.PA. Head of MPBS, Prof. Dr. dr. Sumarno, DMM., Sp.MK(K) announced two excellent students with cumlaude degree: dr. Tikto Wardyono and dr. Dini Agustina.
All judicium participants’ scientific papers have been accepted to publish in international journal. Three participants have succeeded to gain letter of acceptance from high reputation international journals as follow: Unusual Presentation of Vivax Malaria with Anemia, Thrombocytopenia, Jaundice, Renal Disturbance and Melena: A Report from Malang, a Non-Endemic Area in Indonesia by dr. Bagus Hermansyah and Effect of 1.25(OH)2D3 in Immune Response Regulation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) Patient with Hypovitamin D by dr. Dwi Soelistyonigsih and dr. Hetti Rusmini.
In his speech, the Dean appreciated all judicium participants and instructed them to never be tired of studying. “Do not forget to maintain the good name of your almamater, Brawijaya University, while applying your knowledge,” the Dean said.
Eleven students who participated in this judicium are dr. Tikto Wahyono, Hatm jama Mohamed Melad, Hamza Atia Al Zrgani, Ryad M. Alati, dr. Dwi Soelistyoningsih, dr. Bagus Hermansyah, dr.
