According to requirements of ISO 15189 Quality Management System (SMM), Internal Communication and Management Review have been periodically implemented in Master Program in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Faculty of Brawijaya University (LSB FKUB). Internal Communication is held by the Top Manager of LSB FKUB regularly twice a month to evaluate technical problems in the Study Program. While Management Review is held regularly at the end of the year by the Quality Manager of LSB FKUB. Management Review is held in order to discuss about the results of previous internal audit, customer feedback evaluation, process performance and product conformity, the status of preventive and corrective actions, follow-up of previous management reviews, some changes that could affect the quality of management system, as well as recommendations for quality improvement. These Internal Communication and Management Review are well recorded and maintained by Administration Staff of LSB FKUB.
