Wednesday (15/2) in Graha Medika Building 1st floor Faculty of Medicine Brawijaya University with all the staffs of Master Program in Biomedical Sciences held “tasyakuran”. This activity presented by Rector of Brawijaya University Prof.Dr.Ir.Yogi Sugito. Head of Master Program in Biomedical Sciences Prof.Sumarno, DMM., SpMK.(K) said thank you to God because of success of accreditation with A score. This success was stated in Surat Keputusan (SK) Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) Nomor 029/BAN-PT/AK-IX/S2/XII/2012 with A score.
In that event, Secretary of Master Program in Biomedical Sciences, Dr. dr. Loeki Enggar Fitri, M.Kes.,SpParK, said about the development of Master Program in Biomedical Sciences until get “A” accreditation from BAN PT. On the other hand, she said also about the curriculums and programs in Master Program in Biomedical Sciences in Regular and Dual Degree class.
Head of Master Program in Biomedical Sciences, Prof.Drdr.Sumarno, DMM.,SpMK(K), said that this success should be maintained and preserved because basically it was not easy because it required a great effort and unity and a sense of high responsibility. “This success is the result of dedications, efforts and hard works together, we should be grateful and strive to maintain and defend it”, he said.
Similar to Prof. Sumarno, the Rector, Prof Dr. Ir Yogi Sugito apart in his speech congratulated to Master Program in Biomedical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine Brawijaya University, for its success in receiving “A” accreditation from BAN PT, also advised that do not quickly satisfied with what has been achieved, it should be continuously improved and developed because in his opinion the increase in quality is something imperative considering at this time Brawijaya University has been active in the internationalization plan programs based technology to improve performance both nationally and internationally. “To improve the performance both nationally and internationally all activities should including the activities of the IT-based teaching. My hope is Master Program in Biomedical Sciences could become a pioneer in the IT-based teaching activities “, he said. (Ron / Ang/Kana)
